What happens when you go over the package allowance?

We understand the importance of being aware of your monthly allowance usage. Our team is always available to assist you in keeping track of your usage and ensuring that you are well informed about your balance every step of the way. In case you exceed your monthly allowance, there's no need to worry! Your allowance will be deducted from the amount, and we'll make sure you are fully aware of the remaining balance.

How are the maintenance issues prioritised?

At H2H Repairs, we understand how important it is to have a safe and comfortable home. That's why we work in accordance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating system (HHSRS) to ensure that your home is in top shape. We know that maintenance issues can be stressful, but don't worry, we've got you covered. We prioritize all maintenance requests and try our best to fit them in as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How do we pay?

You pay by direct debit. You can choose on either the 1st or the 15th of each month.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the repairs?

If you encounter any issues, just let us know, and we'll take care of it. We guarantee and insure all of our work for your peace of mind.

Do we pay an excess?

No, you do not pay any excess for any work.

How much involvement do I need to have?

You have the freedom to be as involved as you want to be. You can choose to contact us and have full control over all the communications between us and the occupant, or you can leave everything to us and we'll take care of it. We're here to work for you and your preferences are our top priority.
